IP Address of Polycom Phone | Your Polycom Phone is required to have an IP Address and be connected to the internet to complete this setup. You can get the IP address of your phone by clicking Menu >> Status >> Network >> TCP/IP Parameters on your Polycom Phone. |
Admin Password | To login to the admin interface and/or to change your base profile, you will need to know the admin password. The default Polycom user is Admin and password is 456. If you are not able to access the advance settings and have lost your password, please review the How to Retrieve the Admin Password for a Polycom Phone article. |
Reset to Factor Defaults | We recommend resetting your phone to factor defaults to remove any previous settings that may have been set previously. Please review the How to Reset Polycom VoIP Phone to Factory Defaults article. |

Access Your Phone’s Web Interface
Enter your phones’s IP address in your web browser. Then, enter your phone admin credentials as shown in Exhibit 1. By default the username will be Admin and the password will 456.
Browse to Network Settings Page
From the menu bar, go to Settings > Network> TLS as shown in Exhibit 2 to load the TLs Network Settings page.
Install Root CA Certificate
Now, enter https://cdn.circuitid.com/downloads/certifications/aaa.cer in the Application CA 1 textbox as shown in Exhibit 3 and click the Install button.
That’s it! You have now installed the Root CA Certificate.
