How to Manage Tickets

How to Access List

To access the Tickets list, navigate to Support > Tickets as shown in Exhibit 1.

How to Add a New Ticket

To add a new Ticket click the icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 2.

Navigate to Domains

How to Delete A Ticket

To delete a Ticket click the switch icon located under Actions next to the Ticket you want to delete as shown in Exhibit 3. Next, click the trashcan icon that will appear to delete the Ticket.

How to Delete Multiple Tickets

This feature is not available. However, you can delete tickets individually.

How to Refresh a List

To refresh the page click on the Refresh icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 5.

Refresh the Page
