How to Manage a Live Call

Navigate to the Routing Rules Page
Click on Calls
[su_tab_title text=”Manage Live Call”] Now, click anywhere on the call to see the call information as well as manage the call [su_exhibit text=”3a”]. On the next page you will be able to see the options available for you to manage the call [su_exhibit text=”3b”].

For you convenience, a description of each field is provided below.

Transfer to Me
Transfers the call to your Skype For Business.
Transfer to Voicemail
Transfers the call to your Voicemail.
Transfer to Conference
Allows you to add another person to the call.
Barge
Allows you listen/barge in on the call.
Hold
Allows you to place the call on hold.
Mute
Allows you to put yourself on mute while on the call.
Hangup
Allows you to end the call.
