Login

Login to the Management Portal by clicking a sign-on provider or entering your Email Address and Password as shown in Exhibit 1. If you don't have an account, you can sign signup instantly by clicking here.

From the Dashboard click on Calls as shown in Exhibit 2a.
Navigate to the Routing Rules Page
Click on Calls

Manage Live Call

Now, click anywhere on the call to see the call information as well as manage the call as shown in Exhibit 3a. On the next page you will be able to see the options available for you to manage the call as shown in Exhibit 3b.

For you convenience, a description of each field is provided below.

Transfer to Me
Transfers the call to your Skype For Business.
Transfer to Voicemail
Transfers the call to your Voicemail.
Transfer to Conference
Allows you to add another person to the call.
Barge
Allows you listen/barge in on the call.
Hold
Allows you to place the call on hold.
Mute
Allows you to put yourself on mute while on the call.
Hangup
Allows you to end the call.
