How to Access List

To access the Auto Attendant list, navigate to Phone > Auto Attendant as shown in Exhibit 1.

How to Add a New Auto Attendant

To add a new Auto Attendant click the icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 2.

How to Delete A Auto Attendant

To delete a Auto Attendant click the switch icon located under Actions next to the Auto Attendant you want to delete as shown in Exhibit 3. Next, click the trashcan icon that will appear to delete the Auto Attendant.

How to Delete Multiple Auto Attendants

You can select all Auto Attendants by clicking on the circle icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 4a. Next, click the trashcan icon as shown in Exhibit 4b.

To refresh the page click on the Refresh icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 5.
