Login

Login to the Management Portal by clicking a sign-on provider or entering your Email Address and Password as shown in Exhibit 1. If you don't have an account, you can sign signup instantly by clicking here.

Navigate to Organization and click on Offices as shown in Exhibit 2
 Navigate to Conference Attendant
Organziation Tab
Click the icon on the top right of the page to create a new office as shown in Exhibit 2b. You will then be directed to the new office page where you will be able to configure your office.

Now, click the icon on the top right of the page to create a new office as shown in Exhibit 3. You will then be directed to the new office page where you will be able to configure your office.

Setup New Office

Fill in the required fields for the Info section as shown in Exhibit 4a and, the Settings section as shown in Exhibit 4b. Click save once you are finished as shown in Exhibit 4c.

A description of each field is listed below.

Info

Name
A descriptive name to identity your Office.
Country
The Country where your Office is located
House Number
The house number of your address. E.g 611 Wilshire Blvd
Pre Direction
Pre-Direction of the street where you office Resides. E.g. North, Northeast,Etc…
Street
The street name of your office’s address
Street Suffix
The type of street your office resides in. E.g. Avenue, Street, Way, Road, Etc…
Address Cont.
Add any extra address information
Zip Code
The zip code of where you office is located. Once you enter your zip code the system will bring up the city and state.

Settings

Primary Office
Enable if this will be your primary office.
Region
Choose the region where your office resides. Region will dictate what pool the user will be hosted in.
Time Zone
Choose the time zone for your office location.
Projected Users
Enter your projected users.
