How to Access List

To access the Queues list, navigate to Phone > Queues as shown in Exhibit 1.

How to Add a New Call Queue

To add a new Call Queue click the icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 2.

How to Delete A Call Queue

To delete a call queue click the switch icon located under Actions next to the call queue you want to delete as shown in Exhibit 3. Next, click the trashcan icon that will appear to delete the call queue.

How to Delete Multiple Call Queues

You can select all call queues by clicking on the circle icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 4a. Next, click the trashcan icon as shown in Exhibit 4b.

How to Refresh a List

To refresh the page click on the Refresh icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 5.
