Step-by-Step Instructions

The below table will detail the steps required to accomplish your goals:

Login

Login to the Management Portal by clicking a sign-on provider or entering your Email Address and Password as shown in Exhibit 1. If you don't have an account, you can sign signup instantly by clicking here.

Now, navigate to Phone >Clients as shown in Exhibit 2a. Next click the create icon on the top right-hand side of the page as shown in Exhibit 2b.

 Fill out Details
Create New Clients

Client Information

Lastly, provide the client information for the Info section as shown in Exhibit 3a, and the Advanced section as shown in Exhibit 3b. Click the save icon on the top right-hand side of the page once you are done as shown in Exhibit 3c.

For your convenience, a description of each field is given below:

Info

Name
A descriptive name to identify your phone.
Type
Choose the type of device from the drop down menu.There will be different options based on the type of device you choose.
Contact
Select the User from the drop down list who this phone is being added for.

Advanced

Region Override
Select a region from the drop down menu.
Client information
Client information

Save Client information
