How to View My Invoices


This article demonstrates step-by-step instructions for Viewing your Invoices.

Step-by-Step Instructions

The below table will detail the steps required to accomplish your goals:



Login to the Management Portal by clicking a sign-on provider or entering your Email Address and Password as shown in Exhibit 1. If you don't have an account, you can sign signup instantly by clicking here.

Navigate to Billing and click on Invoices as shown in Exhibit 2

View Invoices

Now, you can refine the invoices according to date and/or status by clicking on Filter, then select the Date Range and/or Status as shown in Exhibit 3a. Next, click on the icon under Actions to view a description of the charges as shown in Exhibit 3b For your convenience, a description of each field is given below:

Date Range
Enter the date for which you want to filter invoices for.
Select a status from the drop down menu.
Select Conference ID
Filter Invoices
Select Conference ID
View Invoices
