How to Access List

To access the SMS Messages list, navigate to Channels and click SMS as shown in Exhibit 1

How to Add a New SMS Message

To add a new SMS Message click the icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 2.

How to Delete A SMS Message

To delete a SMS Message click the switch icon located under Actions next to the SMS Message you want to delete as shown in Exhibit 3. Next, click the trashcan icon that will appear to delete the SMS Message.

How to Delete Multiple SMS Messages

You can select all SMS Messages by clicking on the circle icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 4a. Next, click the trashcan icon as shown in Exhibit 4b.

How to Refresh a List

To refresh the page click on the Refresh icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 5.
