How to Manage Directories

How to Access List

To access the Directories list, navigate to Phone > Directories as shown in Exhibit 1.

How to Add a New Directory

To add a new Directory click the icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 2.

How to Delete A Directory

To delete a directory click the switch icon located under Actions next to the directory you want to delete as shown in Exhibit 3. Next, click the trashcan icon that will appear to delete the directory.

How to Delete Multiple Directories

You can select all directories by clicking on the circle icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 4a. Next, click the trashcan icon as shown in Exhibit 4b.

How to Refresh a List

To refresh the page click on the Refresh icon at the top of the page as shown in Exhibit 5.
