Login to the Management Portal by clicking a sign-on provider or entering your Email Address and Password as shown in Exhibit 1. If you don't have an account, you can sign signup instantly by clicking here.Export CDR through the Users Page
Navigate to the Users page and click the gear icon next to the desired user as shown in Exhibit 2a. Next, on the settings page click on Call Logs as shown in Exhibit 2b. Lastly, export the CDR by clicking on one of the Export icons as shown in Exhibit 2c
Export CDR through the Clients’ Page
From the Main Menu click on Phone then select Clients as shown in Exhibit 3a. On the Clients page, click the gear icon under actions of your chosen client as shown in Exhibit 3b. Lastly, export the CDR by clicking on one of the Export icons as shown in Exhibit 3c.
Export CDR through the Conf Rooms Page
From the Main Menu click on Phone then select Conf Rooms as shown in Exhibit 4a. On the Conf Rooms page, click the gear icon under actions of your chosen conference room as shown in Exhibit 4b. Lastly, export the CDR by clicking on one of the Export icons as shown in Exhibit 4c.
Export CDR through the Servers Page
From the Main Menu click on Phone then select Servers as shown in Exhibit 5a. On the Servers page, click the gear icon under actions of your chosen Server as shown in Exhibit 5b. Lastly, export the CDR by clicking on one of the Export icons as shown in Exhibit 5c.
