Login

Login to the Management Portal by clicking a sign-on provider or entering your Email Address and Password as shown in Exhibit 1. If you don't have an account, you can sign signup instantly by clicking here.

Change Call Routing Type

Now, navigate to Admin > Account Settings as shown in Exhibit 2a, and change the Routing Type as shown in Exhibit 2b, to your desired setting.

Notes: Least-cost call routing routes calls you make based on the lowest call rates available while quality call routing routes your calls based on the highest quality route.
