Fill out Conference Room Details

You are almost done! Let’s finish up.

Now, complete the required fields for the Conference Room’s Info tab [su_exhibit text=”3a”], and Advanced tab, once done, click the save icon on the top right-hand side of the page [su_exhibit text=”3b”]. For your convenience, a description of each field is given below.

Info

Name
Enter the name of the conference here.
PIN Policy
Select from the following:

conf pin – use only the pin provided in the conference.
conf or user pin – can use the PIN provided in the conference, or the user PIN associated with your organization.
conf pin optional – enter the PIN provided in the conference optionally.
user pin – use only user pin.
user pin optional – enter the user PIN associated with your organization optionally.

PIN
sets a PIN for the conference.
License
Selects which license you would like to provide to this conference room.
Region
Selects which region you would like to host the conference in.

Advanced

Moderate
Select between ON and OFF.

ON – requires a moderator to be on the call. If no moderator is on, the callers will be on hold in a waiting room until a moderator has joined.
OFF – allows the conference to go on without a moderator.

Greeting Type
Select from the following Greeting Type: Default, Mp3 Greeting and Announcement.
